Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. If you want, we'll provide you with a free, personalized 30-minute onboarding call to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
Yes, you can add your company name, VAT number, purchase order number, and any other required information to your invoices. Head to your billing settings to customize your invoice details.
How does billing work?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. Annual plans save you 15% compared to monthly pricing. All plans are billed in advance, and you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
How do I change my account email?
You can update your account email in your profile settings. For security, we'll send a verification link to both your old and new email addresses. If you need help, our support team is available 24/7.
